Initial Consultation
Therapy has the potential to be so valuable, yet taking the first steps can feel a challenge.
It's important that you feel comfortable with both me, and your surroundings.
I'm happy to offer an initial 30 minute session with no charge, in order to talk through what has brought you to me, and for you to see whether working with me feels right.
In Person
If you decide that you would like to meet in person, my therapy space is based in a warm and welcoming garden room, accessed through a side gate.
The space feels private, and parking is readily available.
After the initial consultation, sessions are priced at £60 for an hour.
The room is large enough to adhere to any social distancing regulations.
Online
Many people moved to online working throughout Covid-19, including people seeking counselling.
It is now a convenient option for those who live more remotely, or who have accessibility challenges, and it allows for more flexibility for all, regarding session times.
My online work continues to be based in the garden rooms, and is offered at the same rate as face to face - £60 per hour.
