Nesting Dolls
Nesting Dolls gently allow us to explore the layers of our identity, emotions and experiences, in part by assigning different aspects of ourselves to each doll.
This can allow access to a deeper, possibly hidden, part of ourselves in a visual and more tangible way.
Sand Trays
Sand Tray work allows us to represent our personal world in symbolic form by working with objects in a sand filled tray.
This way of working can powerfully enhance a client's awareness, and promote expression, exploration and resolution of many issues.
Jar Work
Using physical jars to help clients process emotions, memories, thoughts, anxieties or overwhelm by writing them down on pieces of paper and allocating them to a jar, ready to be processed and worked through in a more manageble way.
